It's been four years since I've gotten a speeding or parking ticket. Sometimes I speed, though not excessively, and sometimes I park where I'm not supposed to, but not all the time. That municipalities in other parts of the country can get away with this to generate revenue is insane.

Drove one of these with 350,000 miles on it during cash for clunkers. Started right up. It was beat up but everything worked. Windows, radio, etc. All the interior trim and seats were still intact.
