99% of the stuff they show, people do not die. Many are injured (usually not severely). There are some where people die, but they usually involve a large number of people who do not, or you cannot see anyone die.

If you have an nVidia card, this is what I did - in the nVidia Control Panel, I selected "use my preferred setting -quality". Now I don't get any graphics glitches in Skyrim.
