It was an effort to counter all those restaurants that give priority seating to men. You know, like, uh... that one place? Oh, and there's, hmm... somewhere... else?

Farm animals and rabbits.

And salt is amazing at bringing out and highlighting other flavors. Those professional chefs sure nailed that ingredient.

Not the west coast, the west. Where people think Jack in the Box is good, there's no real seafood to eat, and people argue over which is the best Taco Bell.

I grew up within 5 miles of 3 White Castles. I assumed they were everywhere. They even made a movie about the sole act of going to White Castle.

There’s one in Columbia MO that's perfectly placed for when I drive back from Chicago. It's a nice late lunch before the vast nothingness that is Kansas.

There’s a lot of White Castles in Missouri. Which, I’m pretty sure, is west of the Mississippi. Whether they’re family-owned or not, I don’t know. But they far outnumber the 2 in Vegas.

I remember making that stuff back in the early 90s. My mom let me actually use the blender. Mainly because she was tired of me begging for jello.

My dad used to make these giant thin pancakes. They weren’t as thin as a crepe, and he used a pancake batter that he got from his grandpa. These things were 10" in diameter. He used this old ass metal spatula that had no give, and he’d flip these things perfectly every single time. I always wondered how he did it, and

I wasn't seeking advice.

People’s loyalty to shitty beer will never cease to amaze me.

And the only option is Bud Light? Sounds like a waste of money.

Why are you sitting outside in 100 degree humid weather to begin with?

Cool.

I’ve tried Bud Light.
