You’re not getting that body off the field without someone saying he’s dead. They’d be performing CPR on the field. They’d use the paddles on the field. They’re not going to forgo possible life-saving measures simply because they don’t want to have someone officially die on the field. The paramedics would call it.

You can’t just cover-up a live death on the football field. That shit ain’t happening. The training staff is going to know, the players are going to know, the coaches, the sideline reporters, the medical crew, the audience in the stadium, the ball boys, etc. Everyone in that stadium is going to know the guy died.
