It is a great show and I love it is trying to relate each other to a more basic and universal level: as humans, not as men, black/white, straight/gay, center/right (sorry, even Bernie Sanders is rather moderate by international standards).

We need more films and art in general about the WWI. It was so pointless, so arrogant, so terrible. It directly led to WWII, and therefore to the present world. Many of today’s conflicts are driven by grievences that steam from WWI.

Also Dumbledore don’t want to confront Grindelwald because he fears that himself could be the one who killed his sister Ariadna in their last brawl.

Still do not get the vitrol against The Shape of Water. It is a superb fantasy film, not a documentary about the problems of the McCarthy era. Or maybe are you bothered that the Best Director category is being dominated by Mexicans in the last decade?

2015 was a great year for films and the Best Picture selection was top notch (except maybe Selma and The Theory of Everything, good but not great movies). Birdman won rightly, however I wouldn’t be mad if Whiplash or Fury Road had win.
