Will a 1979 351M run without oil?
Will a 1979 351M run without oil?
The most evil thing I ever did.
I grew up Ford. As such, I had a Ford ballcap, I drove a Ford Bronco. One day, me and some friends are out camping in a local lake. I barely slept. Driving home, the friend that rode with me asks to stop at a car show so he can see a friend.
I want to add to this. Rebuilding an old push mower or other small motors is a great introduction into cars. For one, it’s cheap. For two, the basics are there. Fuel, air, spark, timing, compression, gaskets, oil.
Rebuild an old push mower.
Heliphant swap with a full suspension and drivetrain upgrade? YES PLEASE.
So wait. If I keep this up, like even after a vaccine, I am an idiot?
I have been practicing what I call “Clean Zones”. You are either in your clean zone, or in danger. My car’s interior is a clean zone (as is my house). Anything entering the clean zone must be wiped down and sanitized. Hands, bottles, food boxes. This keeps the clean zone clean, so you can relax once you have…
I don’t know why Ford stopped Ecoboost engines at six cylinders. A 4.0l V8 Ecoboost with 550hp would sell a lot of Mustangs and F150s, and would make Lincoln compete with the rest of the elite cars.
The Oscars are stupid. They always have been. They make art a competition. Art is not a competition. Before we get into race, before we get into gender, let me give you an example of why art is not a competition.
It’s ugly. It is Boxy in the wrong way, round in the wrong way, and that “homage to the wagoneer” grill should just be normally angled.
If you modernize Knight Rider you end up with the TV show Person of Interest except the AI in the show has a car it can drive.
I am 100% sure the Ranger is going to join the Bronco brand. Although I doubt it will be convertible, I expect it to share a lot of the design come 2022 or 2023.
Ford: We have 12 new grills.
Oh you mean the like both Chrysler Pacifica and Ford Flex claimed to do?
We want long-range electric cars. Why are they keep tying in all of this space-age crap into them?
The 4cyl boxer from VW... It did a lot of racing as a cheap, easy to repair air-cooled engine. My uncle had a sand rail that was based on a VW Bug’s suspension and engine components and that thing was a ton of fun. He won a few trophies with it, as well.
I can only think of one phrase.
It was a money grab at the Supra name. The orignal Supra’s were epic because of their potential. None were built from the to go 10 seconds in the quarter mile, but it was one of the best cars to get you to that speed.
I would have thought this vehicle would have been revealed during a Super Bowl commercial.
