Kate’s family is quite normal. Her uncle has been arrested for coke on several occasions and offering prostitutes to the media. Most recently he knocked out his wife in front of their home.
Kate’s uncle was a notorious partier with an infamous mansion in Ibiza called “La Maison de Bang Bang” who got caught bragging on tape in a press sting about his links to the palace and offering coke and prostitutes before Kate’s wedding. He gave a tell-all in2013,

Plus the Middletons made their money off parties, they know what they are doing. Markle has her own life and her family seems to be a nightmare. They also may have never been abroad and would need to be toured around and entertained. That sounds like a nightmare.
I can’t think of anything I’d rather do less than spend weeks leading up to a wedding with in-laws. One week is quite enough!
Her dad seems like he may be a bit overwhelmed and out of his depth, unlike the compulsively attention-seeking half-sister. It’s sad. I hope the media leaves him alone after this.
I can relate to Kristen Stewart. We both have RBF, constant bags under our eyes (that’s genetics for ya), and think heels are silly. 👍🏾
