But you can’t throw a bottle at CGI! What’s the point of a concert if you can’t cause bodily harm to the performers?
There are plenty of younger Boomers (“Generation Jones” as they are sometimes called) and older GenXers who are still alive and who were KISS fans back in the day. Whether or not they still are fans or have moved on is another story.
I’m sure it hurt it, but he had enough clout and name recognition to star in 1976's Murder by Death. Not a great movie, and some of the humor hasn’t aged well, but you can see its influence on things like the Clue movie and Knives Out.
Yeah, that was kind my issue with Michael Moore as well.
I totally forgot that classic Simpsons did a parody of those as well!
And the ones showing gruesome car crashes as a result of alcohol or inattentiveness. Which are also about bodies undergoing changes, I suppose.

What if he doesn’t do it -- like the woman who thought she was hiring a Mob hitman but was really talking to an FBI agent?
If she was in one she might find (as Krusty once said) that it would indeed move her. To a bigger house!
So what if it will cause fans pain? :Pain don’t hurt” to quote a great philosopher/cooler.
(Justified by the dismal state of search engines back at the end of the 20th century, making looking up basic biographical details a lot harder than it would be now.)
So if Gyllenhaal is playing Swayze’s character, I assume Liman is playing Kelly Lynch’s role?
It helps that she’s generally played by actresses far prettier and more charismatic than Elizabeth was. I mean I’m not a big fan of royalty, but if Olivia Colman was actually Queen, I might reconsider.
