I think the problem I have is, that it is not so much “privilege” as it is that POC are not given the same chances as whites. Maybe if the term was given some other name it would help whites see the problem. I know, you say potato, I say potato.
In a linguistic sense, the word is a different word when spoken by a black person than it is when spoken by a white person
All the ones I know clean the house, help with gardens, wash the clothes and iron them, cook meals and take care of the kids if they are present in that house, walk and take care of the pets, all of these has to be done in few hours every day.

Companies are not often set up as democracies. Like it or not if someone owns something they get a bigger say in how things are run.
You may know all those things, but my 12 year old daughter and son won’t until someone tells them. So maybe it is a repeat for anyone reading this but not for everyone.
I suspect they already have a system of automatic wage increases. Many schools have a step and ladder system that has automatic wage increases based on years employed and amount of education. So its not as if they haven’t received any increase in pay.
