Cameron is not likeable in the slightest.

Cameron is not a "strong female" character. She's a whiny child that is completely self absorbed and doesn't know how to run a business or (unlike Joe) get the best out of her employees. If it weren't for Joe, Donna and Gordon constantly bailing her out she'd be serving hamburgers.

That's true, but she's doing it in a pretty underhanded way by reading people's private conversations.

Yawn.

Season one is easily the best season of this show. It all goes downhill after that as Cameron basically manipulates and cheats her own employees, and causes blunder after blunder while being bailed out by everyone around her. The little success Mutiny achieves is in spite of her efforts to sink her own company.

Tom ran for the hills when he realised how much of a terrible human Cameron is.

Without Joe this show would be nothing.
