This is always the kind of thing that scares me. Not being banned for selling something like that — it seems like a stupid idea no matter which way you look at it. But the amount of control these companies have over your games is ridiculous, and you never quite know when you’re doing something you may get banned…

Despite the claims of “innocence” from aggrieved users it is actually not hard to avoid getting banned from these services. That was my take. Release a 3rd PS5 model that has PS1-4 support since I would be glad to pay a premium for that one.
