999 is a DS exclusive. Virtue’s Last Reward is available on both the 3DS and the Vita. Played it on the Vita: I can trade the 2nd screen for better graphics, and so it will be for the 3rd game.

See, Phil, it’s easy to satisfy people! Even if we shouldn’t rejoice over something coming in over a year, right? ;)

At least, you managed to make me smile with your ending sentence...

Won’t happen. Sega has retained the rights to Shenmue 1 and 2. Still, we can consider that they won’t be stupid and that they’ll catch the opportunity to release HD remasters. Under the Sega brand, unlike the kickstartered game.

OK, looks like we have to spend our hard-earned money now.

Yep. He’s the Boss, isn’t he? ;)

Now playing

It looks like Softbank family’s Ainu “Dad”, even though he’s way more talkative...

But Journey told you a story, and it was absolutely brilliant in its narration. I agree with you: it’s certainly the game that left me with the most lasting and powerful impression when the credits rolled (and before as well). And it gets me every time I replay it.

I was almost joking with the comparison between NMS and Noby Noby Boy, but the more I think of it (I’ve left the idea grow on me), the more sense it makes. Imagine if Hello Games had given their keys to Keita Takahashi.

No need to feel weird, the truth has been revealed to you as well: Noby Noby Man’s Sky!

Wow, I didn’t expect that conclusion, Evan, for it reminds me of another game that’s just like that: sort of a book that lives in my PS3, where weird things happen as well, and they’re different each time.

Hey, looks like we’re finally getting there: obtaining a physical version of the game for the PS4 through Kickstarter looks like a possibility at some point...

When you get one, please do yourself a favour: play DanganRonpa (both games) and Virtue’s Last Reward (though you might have already played it on the DS), on top of what you mention (good picks you’ve made there).

I had the feeling that it was a half-hearted joke: you can’t be that bad a person!

Wow. And I thought that the “Vita’s dying-haha” jokes were getting old... There’s still an audience for that, it seems, and it makes me sad.

Yep, we’ve reached that point when some GoPro footage looks almost as good as PC renderings!

For horror games, you always need a little more winter in your autumn.

Considering previous efforts from NISA, I can’t help but think that this could pretty well be localized, like other Gust games.

4 million units is terrible if you think a platform must kill its opposition to survive. Hopefully, for some developers, it’s still a market share to consider.
