The PS3 launched at $300 more than the cheapest 360 (the 'Core', which launched at $299), with a terrible selection of games, a year after the 360, in a period in which the 360 saw Oblivion, Mass Effect, Gears of War and Halo 3 as console exclusives.

I completely agree, Sony didn't deliver at this press confrence, they only got by because they were smart enough to just capitalize on the poor decisions Microsoft is making.
