Hmmm..... I can't really see this working with actual products. Maybe something like the 3DS streetpass function, but on a smartphone, where game data is downloaded when you walk past another player or a game store.

i devices are very closed devices. No ports, their own OSs, proprietary everything, right down to the way in which you purchase and even upload your own software. If you can imagine the non-technical differences between Console and PC gaming, then i devices function in the same way as consoles.
