I would MASSIVELY recommend playing the original if you can. DXHR is one of my favourite games of all time, but in my opinion, DX outclasses it in every respect (except grafix of course).

Cool, I know it's a bro-shooter which I'm not so hot on, but I actually have bros who like shooters, so I'm not complaining. Multiplayer is still going strong in my house.

I think they'd consider the rad dude to be a grown up version of the kids who used to advertise the NES.

It feels way more atmospheric as far as post appocolyptic settings go.
