Logically you’re correct. Still, it’s one of those “really, THIS is what you decided to make realistic!?” points.

Hmm. When I was looking into it ran into lots of people calling it a bug so I assumed, especially since it sticks even if you get out of the stuff. I get that it makes sense from a logical point of view. Stuff in these games is weird about how some things are realistic,  and others are just completely out there.

I see they have not fixed the Rot bug, at least going by the notes. For the unaware, do not dodge roll in Rot liquid. It will keep increasing after leaving the stuff and basically kill you if you don’t have items to remove it.

Yeah, there's been a few bosses where I wished I could just dive back in instead of the run back. Pretty much anything that arbitrarily makes it take longer. Especially elevators.

I mean, he literally becomes a meteor during the fight. NGL, it is terrifying in game the first time. He leaps off, music stops, it’s all calm for a moment. Then you hear the burning sound, oh god OH GOD RUN. Even though the fight made me salty, it's probably my favorite so far.

Hmm, I noticed it but honestly the eyes don’t bother me as much as I just find the overall outfit ugly. Reminds me an older kid dressed up in clothes one might wear for rich primary school. Also, orange stripped pants.

I’m surprised Crosscode isn’t on here. Probably one of my favorite in recent memory.

Fyi, for older stuff (DS games), like Black and White you’ll need the poke transporter to get them into the bank.

I mean, you’re not wrong, but I wasn’t discussing that at all. Ideally they’d make Home a single unified space going forward. I hope that’s their plan with Home anyway. Downside is that obviously we won’t be able to move stuff forward eventually., which sucks. Regardless, I was just pointing out that there exists a

3DS > Pokebank > Pokemon Home > Switch game. (Assuming that pokemon is allowed). Regardless, you can move stuff to Pokemon Home, but it's a one way trip.

I had the same thought not 30m into the game.

Try your local Best Buy or Staples. Afaik, they both offer free recylcing services for customers (as long as we're not talking like, a pallet of stuff)

Future proofing is something of a stupid concept in tech. There’s no real point because tech changes quickly. Now, what I do suggest if you don’t want to have to upgrade in a relatively short time is figure out what your needs are for today, then purchase “tier” above that in a PC.

No new PC shoud be built with 8GB unless it’s just prohibitively expensive. Will it “get by?” sure. It will quickly turn unpleasant if you're a big multitasker or tab hoarder however. 16GB should be the standard to strive for. 32GB is honestly, overkill for most people and probably will be for a while yet. That said,

Yep. I’m fairly deep in now and got myself a Goomy as well (and now fully evolved and such). I’ve been really enjoying the game so far.

If you haven’t, invest some time and grit into a defensive pokemon or two. Catching an eevee from a distortion and evolving it into Umbreon is a fairly safe bet and can be done after the first area iirc. I have found thus far that overall defense > offense in this game, unless you can one or, at worst, two shot your

I was going to add this. I remember it explicitly saying you can press B to cancel.

But then I'd own a Mac, and it would cost even more. =P

Lol, good luck going PC. Low end GPUs are going for as much as consoles thanks to cryto assholes, scalpers, and the chip shortage.

Now I don’t feel so bad. I also didn’t realize it was Law.
