Sliced the hell out of my thumb in StRUT class back in highchool. Lots of older PC’s had tons of cards for peripherals, and the one next to the one I was removing had a bunch of pins for a riser card on it. Card I was removing was stubborn, and when it came lose, I dragged my thumb from the hand knuckle all the way to

Personal opinion here

By not watching that stuff. I’m not interested in any of those honestly, or I’ve since moved on.

Write caching keeps the file open in memory to write to the drive later when it’s less “busy”. So, if you yank the drive before it finishes the actual writes, you’ve at best corrupted a file, and at worst corrupted the entire drive. Either option is very annoying. The nature of how it works means you get one or the

I’ve corrupted a few drives over the years pulling them too quickly (or run into the results of such). These days I always safely eject just to be safe.

I have a sound system, and more devices than it has ports, put simply. Some things hook up to the TV directly and the sound still needs to route properly. (or I did before anyway) Of course, some implement it better than others.

Lol. Thing is, monitors don't have stuff like ARC, and a big monitors cost just as much

Kinda, but these capabilities cost them next to nothing (which is partially why they’re ubiquitous). Even then, this is on the very high end expensive TV’s, not the $200 bestbuy special. IDK about you, but if I pay 2k+ for a TV, I certainly don’t want it serving me ads.

Seriously. Why is it so hard to find a good TV that isn’t “Smart”

Trucks are cool in my way. Cars are cool. Wagons are cool. Let everyone buy what they want.

Bicycles are beholden to the same laws as cars around here, and may ride in the travel lanes (though it will piss people off obviously). That said, I see many of them do very stupid things. I’ve also almost been hit by cars riding my own bike as well. It goes both ways.

I got it though my GPU purchase and it activates directly on UPlay, not Epic, so no sales on the Epic store there.

Yeah, FS would have solved the problem real quick.

Yeah. Also, a jump foward and air dodge probably would have prevented the KO. Not sure exactly how far offscreen he was.

Newegg has a pretty good one this year. Since it seems gaming themed, figure it works here.

I agree, but sometimes it just creates massive headaches because of people’s kneejerk reactions.

Actually I’m decent at pretty much any game I pick up. Not like, competitive level or anything, but I don’t have issues learning new mechanics and systems. It’s a knack I’ve always had. I’m sorry I find people crying “It’s too hard! This game sucks!” quite funny. Regardless, just seems like you want to pick a

I like the salty reviews from those who can’t hack it. It’s a challenging game. git gud. =D

I don’t consider my camaro a high end vehicle, but I wanted a v6, loaded, in blue with the blue interior, with a manual. There was only 1 other in the US, and had other options I didn’t want on it. I ended up ordering and I’m glad I did. Very happy with my car.

This why I don’t care about super cars and such. What’s the point if the cars are never driven? Worlds fastest and coolest paperweight. Pretty much anything north of 100k is firmly in my “never going to own” range. If I ever did own something there though, I’d drive the shit out of it.
