IIRC, ~50% is idea. Honestly, long term storage and Li-ion do not get along. Fully draining the battery can actually be detrimental and damaging to it.

I wish this battery myth would die. Li-ion batteries do no have this issue, and it hasn’t been an issue for ~10 years. They fail over time, from charge cycles.
