I’d say go to snobsdale, you might have better luck, but I doubt many people their work on their cars.

I’d rather they ask than ignore me. Nothing worse than trying to find help when you need it, especially if you’re in a rush.

I just like places where the food is good. I don’t think I’ve ever considered Chipolte “authentic” anything.

It can be a little sweet sometimes. That said, taste will vary from place to place a bit as everyone cooks it a tad different, even at Panda. I just wish they were more consistent with the Chow Mein. Usually it’s pretty good, other times it’s the blandest thing I have ever eaten.

Pretty much. There’s something to be said for aesthetics, but not when they start compromising the design and functionality of the device.

To a point. Absorb too much and they become a mushy mess. I love them, but there’s a small window of time to actually eat them.

You should take a look at the samsung galaxy active phones...

Honestly I wish windows phone OS had gotten more support. It really was an awesome OS, and required way less overhead than Android. Easy to navigate, and always smooth. I really wanted to get one of the new phones, but alas app support finally pulled me away and I had to get either an Android or an Apple phone. I

Thing is, both these raw materials are relatively cheap. There also shouldn’t be much tooling involved overall since the shells aren’t terribly complex. You’re pretty much right that it’s the illusion of “luxury”.

Won’t let me edit the post anymore or I would. I did reply to my own post however

My apologies for making a typo. Maybe you ought not be an ass about it.

Honestly? Your phone probably got the bathroom floor dirty. Cell phones are dirty as sin because no one ever cleans them and they have lots of little nooks for stuff to get stuck in. Conversely, your typical bathroom in a public or business place gets cleaned with bleach on a semi-regular basis. (probably)

Not sure what your deductible is, but that’s ~$360 over 2 years, ($15/m) at current rates. Europe has different rules regarding this stuff, and most insurance in the US blows admittedly.

Depends on the phone. My last one was ~$17 a month, and $200 deduct (via the carrier). Assuming I replace my phone every 24m, that’s $408 on insurance. If I DID have to replace my phone, that’s $608, or basically a new phone.

If you’re on AT&T, checkout the Samsung S# Active phones. ex-wife has the 6 and I’ve watched her drop it on concrete and tile several times. No scratches or cracks, just a small ding in a corner. I have the 8 and have dropped it a couple times, no visible damage.

Dude, maybe ready the rest of my posts? You’re only like..the 40th person to point this out.

Generally speaking, insurance is a waste of money. There’s added monthly cost, and usually a $150-300 deductible. The money you would spend by having it is often just better off being saved to buy a new phone rather than the refurb they’ll give you.

What’s dumb is that we’re making phones out of aluminum/steel and glass. I get the screens it’s a necessary evil of sorts. The bodies really aught to be made out of polycarbonate materials though. People have been conviced that plastic = cheap even when it’s really a much more durable material. I dropped my Nokia 920

Sure, but compare the sprite quality. Snagged this from a quick google search, not sure which game it’s from offhand (I admittedly have not played EB/Mother) but frankly, these sprites are much better quality. There’s detail work, and it counts for something IMO. Comparatively, all the sprites in Ikenfell are
