Eh, really it’s not lag so much as prone to interference. Wireless signals have a lot of noise to contend with these days, and are prone to quirks. Each device has its own nuances, but I have yet to find one that’s perfect 100% of the time.

If I’m gaming from my couch, it’s with a controller. I’ve tried the traditional method of PC gaming from the couch, and it just doesn’t work. I could never find a comfortable position in which I was also able to effectively control a game. Controller > KB&M in this setting 100% of the time.
Indeed. I like to joke, a Chevy will run like shit, but it’ll run like shit forever. Really though they’ve been pretty good cars for a while now. Be nice if they could shake that stigma.
Of course. It’s the internet. It’s not a conversation without a hefty serving of hyperbole
yeah, but it’s also $10 more than a game. I have once, but they’re still pretty pricey. That said, they also have a fair bit more tech involved than the other two as well.
I don’t get the ME3 hate. Overall it was a great damn game. With the extended endings, it’s pretty much perfect. No, the internet just has a hate hard-on. That said, ME:A is just not a great as it could have been. Griping + mismanagement on Bioware’s end screwed the pooch on this one.
He’s not sharing it via SMS, what’s the point? I’m always leery of shortened links, as it’s a good way to get malware if it links somewhere malicious. (for the inattentive anyway)
The general opinion I’ve found from those that have tried stepping up to better gas is this. You’ll get a bit better mileage, but not enough to offset the cost of the better gas. In the end, just buy what your vehicle is designed for.
ugh. I think all of GM’s transverse v6's just suck to change. Had a different issue with a Beretta (the 2.8 F1) where I couldn’t get 2 of the plugs in. Ended up driving it over to the shop ~1/4 mile away on 4 cylinders.
Which one, the 3800 (GM used this for a long time)? Had one of those in my 01 Camaro. Removing the plugs from that thing was a bear because of stupid plug wires having the metal caps with the springs in them. After about 30m of trying to get them off, my data came out to help me. 30m longer and no luck either.…
Dunno about you, but I don’t look at the controller when I’m playing. I definitely touch it though. I grew up on the SNES (it was my first console, daycare had an NES though) and the buttons never bothered me at all. I did get pretty good at the 3 finger claw though thanks to Mega Man X since I need to dash, jump, and…
It means exactly what it says. A lot of stores you wouldn’t think would sell electronics in Japan, even if the name implies a “specialty” shop (like a camera shop).
Isn’t that why we have the big push to autonomous cars? (that probably won’t happen in our appreciable lifetimes). Unfortunately a few bad apples spoil it for everyone else.
Many of us, because it often isn’t. It’s not legal where I am unless you’re a cop (AZ) and people still zip by me a decently high speeds once in a while. I don’t mind if traffic is stopped and you’re just moving through, but weaving in-between traffic at a high speed is stupid and dangerous.
IMO, BMW’s look like everything else on the road. They don’t stand out, and don’t scream “fun to dive”. The look like boring sedans on the outside. I agree that Audi makes a nice looking car, or more distinct anyway.
Hmm. Wall-o-text. Anyway a few thoughts after reading that
Obviously it’s not an “explosion” Otherwise there would be shrapnel and this would be a hell of a lot messier. Regardless, the canister was ejected into her. None of what you’ve said disproves what I’ve said though. (speculated technically)
Again, going on what is presented here....
Of course you couldn’t, that’s user error. I can however blame the manufacturer if my pressure cooker fails under normal use and burns me. If the threads in the cap (which appear to be plastic) failed under pressure, the fault would be on the product, which was recalled. A recall implies some sort of defect, and the…
It looks like it’s been cleaned. That said, if the failure is the threads / cap, the canister end could have shot off and hit her in the chest. Maybe the CO2 canister itself shot off of it. People use “explode” for a lot of things, not always accurately. Details are a bit scant here, and I don’t know French.
