I hate all of the motion control shrines and the golfing one, but dang did i like the one with the dangly spiked metal baubles. Made me feel clever when I looped them around the rafters.

I also love any shrine that focuses on the paraglider. But i just love the paraglider.

I take screenshots of the recipe card when I want to save them :)

I was so square that the first time drank in college I sobered up after an hour because i was afraid of having a hangover.

All these comments make me wonder if no one ever sneaked out but we wish we could. I lived on the second floor and there was no way I was risking my life climbing down a bed sheet just to drink booze in some dude’s garage.

Middle School was literally the worst!!! We didn’t have a clever name for the popular kids. In my head, I just called everyone a douchebag.

mmm good point. Since I still feel guilty about some choices in my past. But I feel like I could get over the guilt of sneaking out. At least now that I’m older it’s easier to excuse the dumb ideas i had as a kid because time.

Whereas my mom always complained about cooking for my brother because she didn’t want to eat

That’s actually really strange, because I mean, being a vegetarian usually means you have an explicit moral reason (health, animals, environment). Whereas IMO, picky eating involves having varying excuses and arbitrary rules for what is edible and what is icky.

Or at least, that’s how I rationalize it!

My bf is a picky

Let’s be honest here, Sneaking Out is a timeless experience. The resulting stories only get more delightful as you age . Whereas, hanging out with a picky eater at the age of 25+ just gets boring. Trust me, I date one, and I’m tired of having to cut up mushrooms into confetti just so he’ll eat it.

Yeah I was always pretty understanding about it. Having involved parents didn’t seem like a terrible thing.

But now that I’m older and realize how none of the actions/choices of my youth had any long term consequences (thankfully), I wish I had a bit more fun. I was a nice mixture of anxiety and lame by the time I got

I remember the one time I tried to convince my mom to buy me a lunchables pizza meal. I failed miserably to convince her that my emotional health was more valuable than my physical health.

But boy was it great once I was in high school. Every lunch was a Snapple and Cookie lunch.

Your mom sounds way cooler than my mom...

I was always more concerned with avoiding Pissed off Father™ than Disappointment of Mother™ but strangely, DoM has a lasting effect that even now I can’t absolve.

Same! I was a huge nerd for a long time and when i eventually found friends, I was too afraid of losing the few privileges I had to do anything sneaky with them (but they were also huge dorks so they never even asked).

I never experienced Sneaking Out After Midnight, because I was a Good Kid™ (aka a kid with a guilt complex), and I was never a Picky Eater because I love food. Do I vote at all? Or do I vote based on what a Cool Teen™ would do? Do I even know the answer to the last one, because I clearly was never a Cool Teen.

I figured this was the case. I have a hard time with buttons on controllers and even keyboards because buttons are always so far apart for my baby hands. But the Switch is the first time it’s felt perfect :) I’m also measured at 6.5".

BTW, I feel the joy cons on the grip work fine for my tiny hands. So they should be

As a kid it was always thimble or scottie dog. I’m so sad now. I love it’s old world charm as well. It’s such an inconspicuous item that you rarely see around anymore that it just always stood out as this relic of history.

I actually really like NYX lippies if i want something more traditional, but I’ve been won over by Generation G’s simplicity that i’m not sure i want to bother with traditional lipstick anymore.

Thanks for the suggestions though, I’m pretty inexperienced with make up so I love personal recommendations!

I’ll have to try zip. I only have cake, jam and leo and I adore them all. I also love that they show the shade on various tones, really helps me feel confident that i wont’ look like a clown.

To be fair, I’m not much of a makeup connoisseur, so I’m basing my comment on drug store prices and sizes. However, I’ve also spent WAY more on other “high end brands” and have been very dissatisfied. So I still think the products are worth it.
