I hope someday to get a job where I can use these tips. I have a dream of never leaving my apartment :(

If we're talking about an iPhone, you might as well buy it whenever the urge strikes. You can pretty well bet that a new one will be released every summer. Might as well pull the trigger because you're guaranteed to not qualify for the next upgrade cycle (and have it be affordable anyway), as iPhone 3G owners have

@Nihar: I'm using TeraCopy on win7. Works great.

VOTE: TeraCopy

Mobile Safari because there isn't much else available for my iPhone. Luckily, I happen to like it.

@qrius: Thank you very much.

Thank you Brian Bailey! Would someone be so kind as to post a test reply?

I've already added this thing to my Firefox keyword quick searches. I love it.

@sonicdevo: I was sort of thinking the same thing.

@vinylkemist: If you are tired of the workspace tags, may I suggest [lifehacker.com] ? No more featured workspaces. Its a perfect use for the not: tag.

+1 Geek-cred for using The Fifth Element to validate workspace organization.

@BacteriaEP: I'm running 7 RC on my Inspiron 1318 and everything works fine. All the Dell Software works just fine. I doubt you'll have any problems

@Keith Sauer: I got my father setup with Crossloop and he's probably the most non-tech savvy person on the planet. He skipped the account setup and we were rolling in just a few minutes. I used it to setup Skype for him so he's getting there little by little.

@Shandog: I've never tried it but I hear Mocha VNC is nice as well.

@wewillchange wants you to @trackswine: Crossloop has a two minute timeout after the remote computer initiates the connection for you to connect on your end. After the connection is made, you stay connected for as long as you need.

Wow, you guys are asking for it. You post a job opening then a couple of days later, an article about salary negotiations. Your interviewees are going to be Jedi mind tricking you into more money.

@wwdays27: The RC will be available for download until June 30th (at least) so hopefully that's enough time for you.

@aerick79: I started my download this morning before leaving. It's just sitting on my hard drive at home, waiting to be burned to disk. Torture...
