White Trash Fivel

He looks like Johnny Gargano went on such a long crack binge that it turned him mentally retarded.

behold the master race

Good god who taught you people this?!

Now playing

That’s true as well. Everyone follows too close, and it bugs the heck out of me. And if you hang back and follow at the appropriate distance, someone will always merge in front of you.

Multi-vehicle crashes happen because people fail to leave enough distance to stop for the first crash. That distance includes the “actually looking out of the car” time, which most drivers seem to spend little time doing. Instead they look about 20 feet ahead regardless of speed and assume that nothing will ever be in

I don’t know about that.  There used to be a tweaker on a BMX that frequented near my workplace.  He is gone now.  I’m pretty sure it was the speed.

The theory behind no-fault was to not have routine traffic accidents clogging the courts with lawsuits over who’s to blame. Litigation can really drag out, sometimes for years, although most cases are settled pretty quickly.

And we know you’re not from Michigan because you call it ‘the 94'.

The illiterate use “literally” constantly, I suppose they think if they throw literally in the mix everyone will believe whatever they’re saying is correct/accurate. It’s stupid and fucking annoying

It’s because the speed limit in their entire state is 7

The word is “led”. The internet has made everyone illiterate.

If it helps any, we hate our insurance.

Speed does NOT kill. This is a myth promulgated by the insurance industry to line their own pockets and the mommies because they know everything.

This is pretty surprising to me - I used to do the drive from Grand Rapids to Traverse City yearly around July 4th, and I would *without fail* get a speeding ticket nearly every time, even though I was only going 7-9mph over the limit.

Folks that used to go 80 are now going 90, and the folks that used to go 75 are going 80. Add that to all the truck traffic that *can’t* go much faster than 70 when laden, and you are seeing the resulting increase in crashes.

Speeding is just what we do here

I’ll second this and I’m from the murder mitten.

That won’t stop the unlicensed drivers in your scenario from 1) driving just as fast anyway, or 2) running into your smug ass and your high-speed license plate. Probably while not insured.

“We really don’t know why, aside from this is the way we’ve always done it.” will get you fucking fired if I ever hear that from an employee for doing something as ugly/bad as these graphics. (I am product owner for a software development team.)

It’s hard to have any sympathy for the operators since the rest of the world has been using chips for 20 years at this point - it’s just a failure to invest because the consumer pays the price of cleaning up after their card is skimmed.
