Probably $5 like the others, Lara Croft and Hitman

Lara Croft GO is pretty great. I haven’t played Hitman GO yet, but I’m excited for this upcoming one.

I agree that Thief would be a good setting for this series of puzzle games.

That one sucked? I rented that one on Xbox 360 back when it came out and didn’t really care for it. If that’s considered the worst of the bunch, I’ll have to try this when it releases on PC

A positive side to this would be the potential for less international copyright infringement. That is to say, if China’s government approves a bunch of mobile games that infringe on copyrights, they will be on the hook for the issue as opposed to private companies.

In theory, anyways.

I like the idea, and enjoyed the video that is posted. However, I have a qualm - I’ve read most of these before. I feel like they were posted on reddit, but maybe I’m misremembering and they were posted in a story request post here? I can’t find that post if it exists though.

edit: nevermind, I found it. my bad.

Hearts of Iron 4 has an actually useful tutorial.

Did you try the tutorial? I think this may be the first Paradox game with an actually helpful tutorial, though Stellaris did ok there too.

I know, the tutorials have been bad for pretty much every one of their grand-strategies that have been released before this. They must’ve been listening to the criticism.

I wish I could be surprised by this news, but I never saw this being anything else.

Hopefully Criterion will renege on their ‘promise’ to only make another Burnout if this sells well. Seems like it would be better for them to put out something that they know people want.

If you’re doing research for a ‘hot take’, I think that defeats the point of it being a ‘hot take’.

This is a good content.

the first time I read manga was when I got the first few Dragon Ball and DBZ books at a Barnes & Noble and, being my first foray into the territory, proceeded to read them all from left-to-right. Suffice it to say that I was confused as to why it was so different from the shows.

There is the History of WWII podcast by Ray Harris Jr. and the History of Rome podcast by Mike Duncan. Those are the ones I know of and listen to. I’d like to give you links, but alas I cannot. They are available elsewhere however, like iTunes. I’ll throw those links in below.

for some reason, I am unable to access a few history podcasts I enjoy when I use the desktop app, while I have quick access on my phone. the whole podcast category (shows) doesn’t seem to be available on the desktop app or web player for whatever reason.

hopefully we will soon see the birth of Cooktaku

GamerGate is a joke

someday china will come up with an original idea for a console.. until then I will sit here and sigh

I’m not a car guy, but even I can tell that’s a shitty stance

to be fair, butts are pretty neato

We have 7 times the votes that CollegeHumour got for their poll, and 51.58% for Sitting and 46.17% for Standing.

I wipe my butt standing up. Is nobody afraid of getting their hand in poop water? idk, that seems unsanitary.

now that is good humor. what’s it from, do you know?
