Retiring at 95? Slacker...
The TV series “Dirt” had an episode or two drawing attention to this. Then again, I think I’m the only person besides Courteney Cox’s family who watched “Dirt.”
True, though I think the Nazis would have overlooked that but not the lack of foreskin.
So when the far right aren’t denigrating Soros for being a money-grubbing Jew, they’re accusing him of being a Nazi? I guess it’s the throw-enough-shite-on-the-wall-and-hope-that-some-of-it-sticks school of slander.
I thought I was the only one who read (and loved) this book!
I first read about it in a historical novel too: The Oracle Glass by Judith Merkle Riley. Despite the somewhat grim subject matter, it’s a fun read—highly recommend it.

Ooh, a James McAvoy movie might husband won’t mind sitting through!
I would have read and probably liked/shared the Beyonce post. Don’t get the adoration one little bit. Maybe I need some womansplaining here...
Maybe the alt left goes to Jewish cemeteries and leaves really nice floral arrangements.
You don’t think that’s condescending as hell, to excuse her OTT, self-centered, holier-than-thou speech because of her race?
Exactly! So—oh, let’s see—medical professionals who actually save lives don’t celebrate what it means to live a life? It’s only an acting award, Viola, you didn’t rescue a family from a burning building or find a cure for cancer.
Ah, thank you! For a minute I was afraid it was some sort of antisemitic thing. (You never know nowadays...)
What’s with the “Marcus Rubinstein” statement?
