ROMs are not inherently illegal. And when it pertains to officially licensed N64 games (as opposed to say, homebrew), in certain cases they are illegal either, at least according to Nintendo’s corporate website.

On the linked forum, the only examples they showed were XML & INI file entries. If it were HLSL or some shader code, that’d be a lot more damning.

It’s XML values, not code, and if the values are different it’s hard to say that’s YOUR XML.

That’s an awesome site. I’ve been out of M.U.G.E.N. for ages. Any tools or sites I should check out? The complexity of adding stuff always made it such a pain... hopefully that’s less of an issue now.
