In a world where Nirvana can be sued for ‘Come As You Are’ containing a similar riff as Killing Joke’s ‘Eighties’, I think Square-Enix is putting itself in legal jeopardy over the parts that are similar.

I don’t mind that it’s similar as long as the composer didn’t MEAN to rip off the song. But nobody needs a lawsuit over this.

And probably worth $2.49!

Really think that music is very similar to Skyrim’s main theme. In a lawsuit-type way.

I don’t know how much of Battlefield was pre-rendered, but that looked hot (pun not intended).

Large portions of it sound VERY similar to Skyrim’s main theme. Same notes & same progression.

Fairly certain the Final Fantasy music being played is based straight off Skyrim’s main theme :\

They said nothing about Nuka World letting you build your own theme park. Nuka World looks like a Far Harbor-type expansion, particularly b/c of the postcard at the end.

I despise Gawker’s tabloid-esque shock reporting, and they’ve on several occasions took things too far. But everything else under the Gawker banner makes for good reading.

Good band. It’s weird the guitarist, Rikk Agnew, was in the death rock/goth band Christian Death; that’s (sometimes) a good band too.

I know it’s not Indy 500, but one of the most terrible crashes in racing history that I’ve ever read about was the 1955 Le Mans disaster. That was beyond horrific. :\

Sweet. I have a hazmat suit, high charisma, & outfits to pump that up (summer shorts, fashion glasses, & newsboy cap, plus legendarys with +1). Unfortunately, I am level 40 on Survival Mode & have died TWICE trying to get there.

I loved that encounter, as it occurred in the middle of a massive firefight between robots & gunners. He’s trying to scam me while lasers are literally flying by his head & illuminated by mushroom clouds. FUCKING. EPIC.

I’m hoping that the release of GECK results in some great mods like this. :)
