I walk a fair bit around my city, and agree wholeheartedly. So many terrible drivers on the road, and years of bad driving habits seem to reinforce those bad habits. Drivers should be re-tested every time they renew their license.
We have a couple streets in our neighbourhood here in Edmonton with those swervy traffic calming designs. I haven’t yet had the pleasure of watching the snow plows try to navigate them, but I’m sure it’s interesting.
