Electric stoves are fine. Are they the best? No. Are they as “good” as gas or induction? Probably not. But they do what is asked of them from the 99% of home cooks who aren’t worried about “precision cooking,” or the finer aspects of cooking. We’re not all striving to be Paul Bocuse or Joel Robuchon every night here.

I share your sentiments. It wasn’t terrible but it felt very rushed, squishing 8-10 episodes’ worth of story into just 4 episodes.
