Though I’d say that Edmonton - particularly in the outlying communities like Sherwood Park, Millwoods, Spruce Grove, and Leduc (oh God are they ever-fucking-present in Leduc), have more than their fair share.

I live in Alberta, the only car culture here seems to be dipshits in pickups with “Fuck Trudeau” flags and stickers, and often an assortment of other far-right, anti-vaccine, anti-mask, and/or white nationalist stickers adorning their vehicles.

Stop assuming you’re the most important thing around and everyone else should be required to listen to your noise output.
