Getting dunked on by shitty Ryanair...

Then the GOP will scream “Do Nothing Democrats!” all the way from here to a supermajority in 2022.

Yea, it’s a big deal. I live in Oshawa. A lot of people around here were cursing GM when they first announced they were closing shop, and now I wonder what the response will be, and just how many jobs at the related logistical and supply companies will be coming back.

5th Gear: Great news, but there’s more to celebrate...

One of these bad boys from 1987

As someone still caught in the rent trap and is now forever priced out of buying anything remotely close to my current location, I tip my hat to you.

Certainly some Weimar vibes, but I don’t think y’all are quite there yet.

$2,350 is solidly “why not?” money and for that price you simply cannot expect a vehicle not to have a few niggling issues. Decent and cheap winter beater/family hauler that could stand to do a couple more winters.

It is weird to say that, but is it wrong? Mercedes is so far ahead of the game, Bottas isn’t much of a threat most weekends, and I just don’t see Ferrari, Red Bull or anyone else dethroning Mercedes/Lewis while the current engine regulations are in place. Add to that Lewis is arguably the GOAT.  I think he could win

Great points. I wouldn’t eliminate the possibility of Hamilton walking away from F1, but I just don’t think that he’ll step away when he’s one, relatively easy-peasy season away from breaking Schumacher’s record. This season, like some past ones, has been a walk in the park for Lewis, and all he needs do is one more

Whatever, hater.  Nico has a championship and one day you’ll get over that.

If Hamilton was actually going to walk away from Formula 1, he’d simply do that. He’d just walk away like Nico did after winning his championship.  Without making a big “will he/won’t he” deal of it in the press before riding off into the sunset.

My thoughts exactly. This seems like contract negotiation tactics more than anything.

The ultimate Halloween costume.

I’d rather watch more races at Mugello, Portimao, Nurburgring, and Imola than see rainforest torn down for a boring Tilke track or yet another Grand Prix in a country solely interested in distracting us from their poor human rights records.

I genuinely enjoyed Ted Lasso as a warm, happy, funny show. Sudeikis character is just so infectiously positive.

Spot on.

If that’s “at least 95% complete” then I don’t want to see what this guy thinks is 100%. $2,350 is normally securely within my range of “Screw it, why not?” money but this particular vehicle is providing too many not’s for my liking.

It’s a GLUV, Generic Luxury Utility Vehicle.

Harry seems like less of a wanker now than he did in his Nazi costume days, but at least he now manages to be one of the less-odious members of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha.
