It’s not hard to understand why RB would be so keen to replicate the relationship, they’d likely save themselves boatloads of money by essentially funding “one” team with four cars rather than paying for two completely separate teams.

I do not really think this is a case of Renault being “extremely” petty, but rather your typical F1 politicking in order to get the FIA to provide some clarification on something the FIA would be otherwise happy to ignore and let continue if nobody had complained.

Texas and some other states don’t even stamp metal anymore. Its vinyl on aluminum. No embossing. It’s all printed. This probably gives more leeway with adjusting the luminosity and reflectivity to find a good middle ground for cameras.

Tinted plate covers exist for cops to add that ticket if they ever do pull you over. Like they won’t pull you over for having one, but they’ll certainly ding you for it when they stop you for something else (or at least that’s how a cop friend of mine explained his process). Same goes for overly-tinted windows.

I wonder how well a Mustang-based Ute would do sales-wise?  Power of a mustang, but pure, unfiltered Ute.

I’m not a particularly violent person, so I’d probably just scream “RAPE!!!” at the top of my lungs while they drag me into their pedo-van.

I would hazard to guess that the only people who were previously aware that this monument honours an SS military unit would be people within the Ukrainian community itself who knew the history of the unit or had relatives who were members.

Nazis are a protected class in Canada now? Please yeet me off this fucking planet already.

“We’re going to be very much focused on the Civic and the Accord, which effectively created the image of the Honda brand in the U.S.”

If you ask me, it looks like those trucks can handle quite a bit more regulations.

A Civic starts at like $19k in Canada, while a Mirage starts at about $14k.

The Mitsubishi Mirage is sort of like a modern Trabant. It is little more than a super-basic, fairly-cheap new vehicle you can get to take you from Point A to Point B. It doesn’t have any frills or an unnecessarily powerful engine, and it lacks all of the creature comforts to which we’ve become accustomed. It is just

I guess there are worse possible names, but I’m guessing someone wanted Stellaris and was disappointed to find out it was the name of a video game.  Stellaris would be way better than Stellantis.

Mike Manley:

It’s a shame Sergio and his sweater are no longer around, we could be talking about them.

I remember seeing these in American Le Mans at Mosport in 1999 and 2000, along with the Panoz Esperante, BMW V12 LMR, and Porsche 911 GT1. Many great sounds.

Perhaps he should retire.

If you don’t have a cat that naturally self-regulates (i.e. is able to avoid devouring their entire bowl of food at once), can be a godsend. If you do have a cat that self-regulates, then simply making sure their bowl has some food in it at all times works well.

Season five, which drew strong ratings in the U.K., ended on a cliffhanger with plenty of plot points to resolve but thus far there has been no official greenlight on a sixth season.
