There is a similar by-law in my city, and one that prevents soup kitchens from giving away food for free (so they charge $1/meal), but it generally goes unenforced simply because there is a large homeless/low-income population, and a drug problem that goes back as far as I can remember.

I wonder how this will affect the PSA-FCA merger.  I’m imagining dozens of lawyers in Paris right now pouring through the paperwork to see if FCA said “no-backsies” at any point.

Also, I can’t help but feel bad for Albon. Red Bull 1-2 would have been crazy, and the potential for a Honda-powered 1-3 would have been unthinkable just last year. IMO, craziest race of the season, it out-crazied the craziness of Germany.  Good stuff.
