Bloop!
Bloop!
I wasn't sold on her until the second or third episode. Whichever one had the exchange between Santiago and Holt when he said some higher ups had commended her for solving a case.
Brutal weather for sure, but they have a great time (except for Christopher Meloni when Janeane Garafolo's muddy dogs were bothering him—-get thee to Details' WHAS oral history)
I loved everyone getting into Jake's win with Kool & the Gang and wacky dancing. Even Rosa had a big smile on her face.
Supporting actor in a comedy should just be all the dudes from Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Parks.
They're both good but they're no Eddie from Frasier.
Hippity hoppity bippity bo. Something and something and buttons and booooooows!
Lovett was is Pret-a-Porter too but let's not think about that. I actually liked him in Cookie's Fortune.
I fruitlessly rooted for Gosford Park so hard that year. I was still in high school and believed the Academy Awards meant something. Ah, youth.
As a child, I was greatly amused by Kevin Kline's dancing over the tortoise to a Bruce Springsteen "Hungry Heart" soundalike.
There's such great stuff in Muppet Takes Manhattan. "Peoples is peoples," Joan Rivers at her most likeable, the kitchen rats, Rowlf's and and Gonzo's adventures away from the gang, Art Carney telling his son to "put some Jello down [his] pants"…
I have a soft spot for this because my recorded it on the same tape as Muppet Family Christmas. So much Muppet-y cheer! I'm glad someone else in the comments remembered all those Kraft commercials.
I feel like I saw some DVD featurette somewhere and it was explained that the Muppets' bikes were tethered on both sides to people on bikes. There's a shot toward the end of the song where you see a bunch of kids riding in front and back of them.
And Muppets Take Manhattan has more chickens doing their impression of Tony Bennett singing the "William Tell Overture" on a speedboat. Really depends on one's mood.
And his wife being more concerned about the quality of the recommendation than a frog and a pig hiding in their closet.
In Muppets Take Manhattan it's "So I said 'Look, buddy. I don't take my clothes off for anybody, even if it is *artistic*.'" Oh Janice, you and your conflicting views on nudity!
Very popular choice.
OMG and their supplies vs. the thieves.
a) credit card
b) cash
c) sneak out in the middle of the night
I love this one for many reasons:
