Get a woman laughing and you get a woman loving.

He's really funny in The Great Muppet Caper. He has a great over the top maniacal laugh in one scene.

Has Dianne Wiest been in any bad movies? She's probably great in them anyway.

The way he delivers the line about what God is like—"Lonely. But funny!"—absolutely kills me.

Except for Thomas Haden Church's small part in Easy A in which he was really funny.

I pretty much howled when he ran into the auction to "Heart of Rock and Roll."

One time he drove up to the office blasting Lady Gaga and declared "It's Britney, bitch."

I love the way Phyllis meekly yet proudly volunteers for Flonkerton. I just love Phyllis. She reminds me of the ladies who worked in my elementary school office.

"The Dundies" was the episode that finally got me into watching the series (after it had already been on for several years). My favorite small moments:

She's the best and should guest star on everything all the time.

It's her "cake tent!" The most specific and hilarious of pillow forts.

No argument from me there.

I think it was the second season Halloween episode where the end tag shows Michael being kind of adorable and charming with some trick-or-treaters when he's unaware of the camera crew's presence. Moments like that really worked for me in contrast to his initial bumbling nature.

You can't get better than Patricia Clarkson as Sarah going through withdrawal.

"I was!"

PYLE!

"WOO HOO!"
