and rape survivors. and the long term effects of rape. its not used for titillation in his work; it’s a major component of real world violence that happens far often than murder, but just doesn’t normally make it into the sanitized world of comics like murder does. its not only women on the receiving end either.

nah he’s psych. he doesn’t stress about technical proficiency they way prog does, he goes way deeper and weirder. prog is fine, respectable even, but i’ll take a scary acid trip that warps reality and lets you see things from a different angle any time (so long as I have the day off work hahaha).

Last time I was at an open bar I tipped 20$ at the end. I hate tipping before service. Also I didn’t have change. If the service had been bad I prob wouldn’t have tipped.

i think you mean it would be anachronistic if they were wearing the clothes they are on the boxart but the game was set in pirate times.

Happy to give War Thunder a try (at least until I feel like the monetization is not for me)! IL-2 might be too sim focused for me; at least at that price point for early access haha). Will keep an eye out for it though!

what are some good (non f2p) tank games? i played WoT until i hit the point where i had to spend a bunch of money. don’t really know what other good ones there are.

the way perspective is used in these images includes vanishing points, so they are not isometric. think of isometric like tokyo 42 or pillars of eternity (parallel lines never converge).

With so many breweries trying to stand out and put their own twist on particular styles, recommendations based on “styles” of beer is probably only as helpful as recommending beer based on color, or bottle shape.

I dont like the dragon at the end of this movie. that is what keeps it from being perfect. but i still think it’s great and watch it every few years.

This is a great write-up, but in a video I prefer people to get straight to the point. I don’t want a whole history, I just want the instructions, and maybe some extra stuff thrown in so long as it fits within the real-time making of the drink/dish.

yeah, i totally agree. i’ve only watched the first episode of this one, and it was enjoyable, but im not looking to marathon it. itll prob be one of those late night ones where i happen to open netflix and am like, yeah, this looks fun right now, haha
