They did the bear fight properly in the movie. That’s all that mattered. Also Sam Elliot was great. Wouldn’t really recommend the book or the movie though.

I think the rise of the samequel is now akin to what the sequel has been for so long. It’s an even lazier way to capitalize on past successes. I’m seriously worried they are going to waste such a great cast and use of classic IP on that new Ghostbusters after seeing the preview!

If you’re not willing to let someone go buy star wars figures at midnight you don’t really love them. You don’t have to. Find someone else. Star wars midnight figure sales are pretty rare, and if you have to stand in the way of that you’re a controlling jerk.
