The new explorer is rear wheel drive platform longitudinal engine and it will be fast as FUCK. Michigan state police is testing the pre production models and the explorer is the fastest vehicle out of all of the ones they tested by a lot.  (ford will not release horsepower numbers to the public at this time.) 

The explorer is definitely coming. I’m still not sure if that’s a good thing.

The Tesla Model Y will likely be unveiled in 2019 as well.
