Stay away from my Forward-Controls! I do not need a Doug Car post raising awareness to these and artificially inflating their values. ;)

I think it would be fun to hear about a Barrett Jackson auction purchase, it’s coming up in January in Scottsdale. He could go in with a top 3-5 list. Here’s my top 3 of the few I’ve looked at so far:

He he he. This is a good one.

I love the idea of the Karma. I worry aout resale quite a bit.

Doug...don’t listen to these amateurs. For real you need a Morgan 3-wheeler. Just think of all the fun you would have driving around Philly...in a 3-Wheeler. You can even buy some silly hats and gloves.

Yeah, but I suspect depreciation will be a KILLER. We’ll see.

I would give anything. They have simply become too expensive.

Could you imagine if I wrote about a Miata every week? There would be tyranny!

These are good suggestions, but I’m not totally convinced I can do a year with an NSX or an E30 M3. I think the readers would get bored.

I will follow up on Twitter, but these are just at the top of your range without stretching the budget. All Alfa, all the time.

Thank you for improving my post.

Fisker Karma? I’d love to see just how bad, or not bad, the completely unloved electric sedan really is.

this comment is slightly lacking in Pantera.

I’m sorry, Doug, I didn’t read the article I’m too desperate to post this as quickly as possible. LM002. Please.

DeTomaso Pantera.

First generation Viper. It would be interesting to hear about something that could kill you and it would give you enough room to find a second car. Like the Hummer/GT-R.

My vote: Modern classic - do they live up to the hype / can you MAKE money holding onto one of these for a year?

How about something ridiculously classic like a Model T or something? Would that be too expensive? It surely wouldn’t depreciate.
