How has this not finished imploding yet? I would have figured this company would be nothing more than a memory by now.

“The show presents a world that’s not unlike ours…”

That’s an odd and arbitrary place to draw the line and say, here, here is where all this misogyny started. Early Christianity has plenty of misogynistic baggage, but it was pretty much entirely a function of its Hellenic and Judaic predecessors, which were also insanely misogynistic.

You lost me at “impactful.” Real writers use real words.

Counterpoint: Spring Breakers are obnoxious and deserve to be turned into pozole.

Bastards! They’ve already stolen your “.” key!

Or: Why do broke people sign up for stuff that gives them money? /s

There’s also a photo of her blistered hand, but honestly, it’s a bit much. Click here to see it.

First, the CBO has been consistently wrong about exchange utilization rates. They have repeatedly overestimated the number of people who will use them. They have had to revise their numbers down every year.

For a bit of context for non-lawyers, these are a discovery device known as Requests for Admission. They’re used to narrow down the issues before you get to settlement negotiations and/or trial so that the parties are focusing on the areas where they disagree. To get admissions like this so early in the process is

those planes don’t engage in battle. They fly, shoot missiles and drop bombs

Shouldn’t we also be asking what will happen even without any changes? The exchanges are collapsing due to the obvious (and predicted) death spiral. The only way to save them is either a massive increase in subsidies and/or a huge increase in the fine (ie, Justice Roberts’ “tax”) for not having insurance. Neither

Unless you count the planes that they launched. You know, their entire function...

Hey, he managed to shoehorn Trumps name in the article at least 4 or 5 times. He did his job.

“The last time a aircraft carrier has been used in battle was in World War II”

I didn’t even want to go into the humanitarian missions they, apparently, didn’t contribute anything to since WWII ended... as are part of a Carrier Group’s stated task and purpose. Hey, speaking of task and purpose... this is basically a cut/paste from a taskandpurpose.com article from last week.

“Easy to sink.” People who don’t know what they are talking about shouldn’t write articles pretending to know what they are talking about.

Those Navy/Marine pilots who flew over Vietnam must be surprised.

Your definition of “used in battle” is fairly exclusionary of the last 70+ years of carrier history, and their air-wing’s contributions to the Korean, Vietnam, Cold, and Gulf wars... not to mention GWOT. But don’t let that get in the way of your narrative.
