Hey folks! Please use the comments to talk about the games you like and the ones you wish got more attention this decade!

Please do not use them to shit on other people’s suggestions or to bitch about the list. Kay, thanks!

I am very close to completely giving up on this show. It’s really proving again and again that it’s just not for me.

It wasn’t a great episode, but it was certainly a far more interesting and essential story than “I need to make an omelette because Jawas stole my hubcaps.”

Let me guess, I have to download their native STEAM CLIENT to play it?

The Beatles never existed in the (post-whatever-the-fuck-happened) universe of Yesterday but as you noted yourself, Lennon definitely exists in the film’s world, so there’s no reason to assume McCartney doesn’t too, so that angle seems to be a weird hook to hang your article on.

Damn I really hate being that guy — but spoiling that Yoda is part of the show in the first few lines of the review (that show up on the homepage of the site) is a little rough for a series that’s only been out for a few short days

So you’re right on most accounts, but as someone who tested Stadia and who has tried PSNow... Stadia is way better in latency reduction and image quality. It’s the only thing Stadia has going for it, but it’s real, and it’s compelling if you want to subscribe to a streaming service, or if you already have Chromecast

This is awesome.

Fixed it

Ok listen... I love Tim Rogers’ narration. I could literally listen to him read the phone book.

It’s “typeface”, not “font”. Helvetica is a typeface. Helvetica Bold is a font. The general populace has already decided that these two words are interchangeable. So an article on this topic in a game should endeavor to use the right term at least.

I read an article about this sandwich over the weekend where the author said they lived in West LA and couldn’t find a Popeyes anywhere in the area, so they had to drive 15 miles away. I happen to also live in West LA and know for a fact that there’s a Popeyes in the Crenshaw district just 5 miles east at Jefferson

Counterpoint: NDT has taught me many things, and Jack Crosbie has not enriched my life in literally any conceivable way.

Yeah I respectfully disagree with this completely. I found Hopper’s behavior to be a new father who would have struggled with a teenage daughter (as many do IRL) in even the best of circumstances, and their circumstances are hardly ideal.

This. Cutting to everybody’s reactions was one of the highlights of the episode. They’re also damn good singers? I get maybe doing too much of a job of breaking up the tension of the scene but I was loving it.

I loved this moment. I started to lose it when the music came in to back them and the reaction shots from everyone really, really sold it. Joyce leaning her head against the wall and Murray slowly turning with a confused look was fantastic. This whole series is and has been an ode to 80's cheese so this worked for me.

There should be a “kill yourself” secondary ability when you pick up the gun.

And what exactly is this an argument for? Should people start saying “the disparate collection of tools used to make this game has produced consistently crappy results”?

Call it an engine or whatever else you want but this:
