Fired for neglecting to turn on a body cam. Not fired for killing an innocent kid. In what fucking backward assed world does this make sense?

Don’t get me wrong - glad he’s off the force but what a ridiculous thing to read.

I haven’t been able to look at an orange wedge (or even a tangerine) in the same way since I started listening to GGACP.

yep, like the 905

I recommend Gilbert Gottfried’s podcast. His co-host (Frank Santopadre) is good at keeping things on track, and Gilbert defers to him when it comes to movie knowledge. They’re a good team. I can’t really list my favorite guests, because there have been way too many.

He does the podcast with another guy who is very knowledgeable about film and asks the good questions, while Gilbert keeps it light and fun. It’s a great interview.

I like your thinking. I think we should just build Hindustan Ambassadors brand new again. Hell, I’d love to have a Checker but they are hard to find.

I wish they would revive the Checker Marathon. You go to London, you know the Iconic London taxi. You go to India, and a Hindustan Ambassador picks you up. We should revive the Checker with a similar body to what they had in the 1960s, but on a modern drive train. It could at minimum become the Iconic NYC taxi again.

This guy ellipses!

I challenge you for the head of the minivan appreciation society.

Kids are grown and on their own for over 8 years. Traded my well running 2010 Sienna for a new 2014 Highlander(not a bad SUV), but within 2 months, traded the Highlander for a new 2014 Sienna(after also driving Odyssey). Minivans are practical, phenomenal driving position and relatively fun to drive. I have FOUR

Wait...we have a team?  Do we get t-shirts?

I like your username.  One of my favorite bands during my childhood.

It’s been a slow ride.

do you know why you don’t eat dirt? Because this is exactly why you don’t eat dirt.

Pretty sure this is the reason why the old Chrysler minivan won’t go away. Fleet buyers will literally not pay anything more for a vehicle that can reasonably seat 7 people, regardless of the design and platform predating the O’Bama administration.

Funny you should say that - the article is pointing out that minivans are harder to get because there’s less supply of them relative to demand. So far, so uncontroversial. But then it goes on to speculate in ways that make it appear as though overall minivan demand is up from where it used to be - but doesn’t back

After losing my beloved 2000 Honda Odyssey in March (T-boned), I managed to pick up a brand new 2021 Pacifica Hybrid Limited with $7,750 on the hood - PLUS - ill get the $7,500 fed rebate because its a PHEV, which means ill have paid $34,650 for a pretty plush stuff hauler that also gets enough battery mileage to

#1 I love me some enthusiast cars, but...

Could it be that mini-vans are already made in lower quantities compared to other body styles (especially SUVs), combined with prices rising across the board meaning a mini-van - even fully loaded - is now the only large passenger hauler within financial reach of people that would normally purchase a large SUV with
