They're both mobile devices, if you do not think the Ipad(and tablet's) are a big part of Vita's competition then you're blind.

The game looks good no doubt, but from the rumblings i'm hearing from inside there will be no end game content/raids. Apparently you will be forced to pay a transaction fee to do dailies at cap level, you also only get 2 character slots unless you buy more, you will pay $7 a month to pvp, and on and on.
