Shooting tear gas into a home* is so vile. No room for it to blow away, permanent damage to the house, making it completely unsafe to even remain there for days later for this man and his family. This is what happens when you see the people you’re supposed to be serving and protecting as enemy combatants to destroy.

Sadly, many of the big cats under Lowe’s care are probably going to “pass away.” Or they will end up in even worse conditions at roadside zoos. I can’t imagine trying to rehome dozens, if not hundreds, of big cats into quality environments in 120 days.

After watching the series, you’ll come away wondering if a nice animal sanctuary even exists. And if one exists, it’ll probably turn into one of the many money grubbing schemes to profit from the animals while they sit in tiny cages or get put down when things get tough.

Haven’t seen the show but have read different articles about the whole situation and come away wondering if anyone else is cheering for the tigers to rise up and eat/kill all of the people involved with this situation and then get end up getting resettled to a nice animal sanctuary to live out their days?

These rule changes will be tied up in litigation for years which was THE POINT. The administration (if you can even call it that) knew everyone would sue. But they also knew that the more stringent emissions standards couldn’t be enacted while the litigation is ongoing.

This is one of those moments where the phrase “class war” becomes as literal as it can get. It’s also the moment where the governing class’ typical strategy to deflect from class warfare (namely, divide and conquer) becomes as transparently obvious as it can be.
