When I lived in NYC, I was enamored with the fact that I could have beer and cigarettes delivered to my apartment at 3:00am on a Monday morning.


A bar serving fancy beer opened next to my work about 10 years ago. From them I learned that bars in Oregon are not required to have a kitchen/sell food if they don’t sell hard alcohol.

They don’t care if I bring food from a cart, potato chips from the corner store or even the lunch I packed at home.

It’s fantastic.
