@Elixer022: Actually, as I read it and replace "Due to" with Caused by" it works just fine. While starting the sentence with "Caused" is not correct, it is easily forgivable and frankly kind of hurts your point.

@Zadillo: Chances are you were periodically covering the light sensor, or possibly had a reflective item sending light from the screen back to the sensor, makes it go a bit wonky.
