DMC, if you can afford the equipment to run it, why don't you just buy it?

This won't affect sales much at all, honestly. If someone was gonna pirate it, they would have anyways. Whether that crack comes out early or not won't change anything. It's just a shame that a buggy, internal build is what got leaked, because many people will probably judge it based off of that.

Not as easily.

I make that same mistake all the time. That and relevant. I always spell it relevent.

I've always wondered, how the hell do things like this even happen?

The more you try to understand Japan, the less it'll make sense.

I don't know how I feel about this. A progression system like this would work in a singleplayer RPG aspect, but in multiplayer, this seems to give too much an advantage. We haven't actually seen it in action yet so hopefully this will all be balanced out once this goes live.

I look forward to seeing how close to the original gameplay they get. I've been playing the STALKER series lately and I get a big Fallout 3 vibe from it. Clear Skies has a terrible engine though. 20 fps on even the most high end systems? No, that's just not acceptable.

@SamShine: They're always angry 15 year old kids who don't realize females make up ~40% of the gaming population, and are often times better than many male gamers.

There'll always be a group of prudish women to shoot down everything great and original.

@Orochi_sasaki: That is probably, literally, the worst form of DRM I've ever seen. I can't wait for these companies to realize that these sorts of DRM are only hurting the customer, and if anything, will only drive pirating rates up when people realize they can get the same product with less hassle at no expense.

@Datacide: After all these years, I thought I was the only one who remembered what Akuji was. Sweet.

@literocola: It's like mixing the two worst things that ever happened to the series.

@-MasterDex-: Biding my time until the PSP2 Slim.

DRM always hurts a legitimate customer more than a pirater.

Problem?

"You know back in the day with the guillotine? They never got to the 2 blade guillotine. Like Gillette. 1 blade comes down and lifts your head up, the other blade slices through."

@TJ: "Hey, what does that do?"

Alexandra, an employee at the aquarium, says that she's not feeling well: "His behavior has changed, he moves very little and swims much less than he used to."
