It’s real simple.
It’s real simple.
It’s the not so environmentally friendly bit. Still though you need to take into consideration destroying half a million cars. And even though they’re not as friendly as thought, they’re still pushing 50+MPG. So less fuel needs to be pumped and refined. I think some laws should be bent and something needs to happen…
yeah im not sure what im missing here...so, it doesnt get the mileage they state? Big deal. Id still drive one if i could buy it for a song.
Just a friendly reminder that we had 33 hearings into Benghazi and millions of dollars spent over several years which turned up nothing. Now they’re circling the wagons to protect foreign intervention into our election (which all intelligence agencies agree happened). Republican hypocrisy knows no bounds.
Sean Spicer just said in the daily press briefing that the WH never tried to do this. Which I’m sure is 100% true, just like everything else the WH says. /s
It’s honestly emboldened white people in general (disclosure: white person, here).
You can’t know for sure why she was doing that. Maybe she is an idiot. Maybe there was blood in the car that she had to really wash out. A lot of blood.
I am a middle-class, educated, churchgoing small-town white woman who wears Dress Barn dresses and cardigans and works in schools and libraries. I look like the last person in America who (insular, sheltered middle-class white) people—the majority of my acquaintance—would imagine needing the ACA. In reality, for my…
I was coming here to make that very point - the Republicans successfully demonized “Obamacare” but they never realized that their voters thought that it was something different from the Affordable Care Act.
speaks volumes about the state of our education system.
Trump’s approval rating is approaching the percentage of fuckwits in America. They may only be a percentage or two apart, but I doubt his approval will drop below, say 33%. Those idiots love that he lies all the time, love that he’s destroying America, and love love love being assholes just like him.
His supporters seem to believe that signing an executive order = making something a law. Also, having a photo taken with a bunch of business leaders (standing around him with big smiles) means he’s created a lot of jobs. He’s making deals!
I’m beginning to wonder if letting anyone have access to the internet was a good idea after all.
They don’t understand we’ve been living in a conservative clusterfuck since Reagan and that having two Democrat presidents didn’t change that. We haven’t had a critical realignment since 1980.
Trump is a poor man’s idea of a rich man, a stupid man’s idea of a smart man and a weak man’s idea of a strong man.
lol “gave up his billionaire lifestyle.”
“Less evil” does not equal “not evil”.
I said this exact thing yesterday. If this weren’t actually happening in front of our very eyes, I’d say Trump was reading from a cartoon supervillain handbook. Get rid of funding for Meals on Wheels? Get rid of Public Broadcasting? What’s next? Kicking puppies and stealing candy from babies? Fucking seriously?
We’re rewatching West Wing and there’s a scene where Donna asks some guy, “Why are you a Republican?” He starts to joke, “It’s because I hate poor people,” but then he pivots to some bullshit about freedom and limited government. Thing is, he probably really did hate poor people.
