Sorry, may sound harsh, but the guy was a freak show in his adult life then practically canonized after his premature death. Where there is that much smoke there was most assuredly some fire at one point. Can’t believe how many people still defend him.

Michael Jackson crafted a persona as Peter Pan (right down to the name of his ranch) both as an expression of his never-grow -up sensibility and a cover for surrounding himself with young boys. A memorable thing was said on the night he died: Liza Minnelli, a close friend of his for many years, said it was an act;

I see what you are saying, but don’t you think that getting to know these men, believing they were raped repeatedly, would make you a bit defensive of them - antagonistic towards those who doubt?

i get it but they weren’t right for each other... white Josh doesn’t want children and Darryl is a family man.. Forcing Josh into being a Dad would be not so happy. I also think its good that TV is at a point where people can have same-sex relationships and be in a heterosexual one after it, none of it is a mistake or

I also thought it was a nod to La La Land, based on the brightly coloured shirts the first three chorus members were wearing. But then again, they also sort of looked like a unisex version of the Wiggles.

Also, the first Cocktales with Little Esther I saw is still my favourite:

I’m surprised that you haven’t listed the callback to Chidi’s idea of a perfect peaceful day of going on a lake in a rowing a boat and reading French poetry since that is your header picture.

I have no idea if this was intentional but in Paradise Lost after humanity has fallen the archangel Michael shows Adam visions of the future history of the world and hints at humanity’s eventual redemption.  There’s a nice sort of parallel with Michael showing Eleanor her own alternate pasts with Chidi and ending with

I’m in a FB group of super fans for this show. And there is a lot of discussion about whether it was beneficial to bring back Greg with a different actor. I’m torn about the decision. But I gotta say, I’m not really feeling Skylar Astin. So, while this is probably the best outcome for Nathaniel and Rebecca, I still

I got the feeling the writers were going down a spreadsheet of plot points they had to check off and often took the most direct route to get there. It may be economical storytelling but its hardly ‘organic’. “I’ve decided we like each other now” after a single brief conversation is hackneyed writing verging on ‘fan

It would be probably easier if Greg also stayed gone.

Do in the finale then and avoid the annoyingly meta “season...of holidays” line.

Agreed. The lines that worked so well on Fontana make Austin’s Greg sound queer coded.

My only real issue is NuGreg.

Agreed. That was perfect, especially Jason delivering the line with a resigned shrug. And did you notice how the judge in the feminist porn clip asked for the three men’s consent before ordering them to her chambers?

Hmmm. I did love the Greg-Nathaniel dynamic and there were some great lines tonight but overall I wasn’t crazy about this episode. Unpopular opinion, I’m sure, but this whole season feels like such a different show and it’s disappointing. I’ll say it- I miss crazy Rebecca. I’m glad the character has grown, but it

I actually owned Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats as a kid, and I recommend it even if you hate the musical. The material is so much better suited to doggerel poetry, and the whole fact that it’s one of the great poets of all time slumming it with silly kiddie stuff just makes everything sweeter.

Buried the lede & missed the point by a mile. This is NOT about Bezos’s excruciatingly-sweet love texts— this is about Donald Trump using his National Enquirer to publicly embarrass his financial nemesis.
