Honestly, we cut down on short trips because travelling was just so painful on “budget”. Instead we take only 1 or 2 longer holidays a year and just fly prem eco or biz (if there is a deal). It speeds up recovery time and gets rid of half the stress.

How does this work if the anxiety is causing physical pain? My wife has ulcers from the stress/anxiety. We have been trying different relaxation methods but my worry is that focusing too much on the physical will cause more fixation on the pains.
